Ordering

How do I find my best size?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located near the available sizes for each of our products, as well as on the Size Guide page.

How do I check my order status?

You may use the tracking number provided or log in to your account to check your order status.

How do I cancel an order?

Submit your request here with the subject line “Cancel Order Request”. We will try our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled (we hustle to get suits out for sunny activities!) However, once shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed before 2pm EST M-F will be processed for shipping the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST M-F will ship the following business day. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

When will I receive my order?

You can receive your order within 4-6 business days from the time your order is processed. We will provide an order confirmation and tracking number for ease in following.

Do you ship overseas?

While we can't wait to serve swimwear lovers all over the world, we don't ship internationally at this time.

What is your return & exchange policy?

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your order, please submit your request on our contact form with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE & your order number within 14 days of receipt for full refund or exchange. Be mindful that merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and must have hangtags and hygienic stickers intact without tampering. We reserve the right to deny refunds for merchandise which has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 48 hrs for return processing after our receipt of merchandise. Exchange orders are shipped to the original order address.

An item I love is out of stock. Will you restock?

We are frequently assessing our inventory of fan favorites. If you’d like to be notified if/when an item will be restocked, please contact us with “Notify Me When Available” in the subject line and indicate the item #, size, and color in your message.

What makes the fabric quality special?

Our premium Italian blend is specially engineered to provide a supportive fit- a happy mix of compression and comfort. It is ultrachlorine resistant & UV protective, resists damage from sun creams and oils, and retains its vibrant color. Super soft, it holds its shape, has excellent coverage (no see-through), and resists pilling (no beading-up fibers!). And– our quality helps to heal our environment by using ECONYL® yarn, 100% regenerated nylon fibre from fishnets and other rescued ocean & landfill waste.

What makes crescent bleu sustainable?

Our swimwear is designed and produced using sustainable sourcing & manufacturing and honors ethical work practices. We offer premium grade swimwear made with ECONYL®, 100% regenerated nylon fiber from reclaimed marine and landfill wastes– which can be recycled and remolded endlessly! This luxe fiber is also processed with eco-certified dyes & shipped in biodegradable packaging. Your suit arrives at your home in a 100% certified home-compostable mailer made of renewable plant-based materials. Additionally, our production fabric scraps are donated locally in Bali to locally organized groups who re-make them into saleable goods.
